Exercise Classes
DAPS classes offer several esteemed programs, developed under the leadership of local, leading experts in the fields of exercise and Parkinson's disease. The Move.Laugh.Connect program is designed to support the physical, cognitive, and social well-being of individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. Each session focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall quality of life in a supportive and engaging environment.
Dance for PD© is another form of exercise offered, as well as South Paws Boxing Club - both supported by clinical studies, demonstrating benefits for people with Parkinson's disease.

Support Groups
DAPS offers two distinct types of support groups, led by trained facilitators.
For those with Parkinson's disease, groups are designed to provide support, camaraderie and resources. Separate groups are available to care partners, which may include spouses, adult children, or a close friend or family member.
All support groups provide connection, shared experiences, and resources to help navigate the complexities of Parkinson’s and evolving relationship dynamics.
Support Groups are sponsored in part by AbbVie (www.abbvie.com).
