Exercise Classes
DAPS classes offer several esteemed programs, developed under the leadership of local, leading experts in the fields of exercise and Parkinson's disease. The Move.Laugh.Connect program is designed to support the physical, cognitive, and social well-being of individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. Each session focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall quality of life in a supportive and engaging environment.
Dance for PD© is another form of exercise offered, as well as South Paws Noncontact Boxing - both supported by clinical studies, demonstrating benefits for people with Parkinson's disease.
