Parking Instructions: 

First United Methodist Church, 403 S. Main St., Duncanville (enter on Ave. C), Aldersgate Building

From Main St., turn west onto Wheatland Blvd. and then north onto Ave. C (which is one street west of Main St.) to get to the Aldersgate building (southwest corner) and closest parking.  When you come to the end of Ave. C, the building is just ahead on the left.  There is a parking lot on the left and another on the right.

Join us for an interactive conversation between Dr. Taneja and a Stories in Parkinson’s (SPARK) Ambassador. Together, they will share insights about living well with Parkinson’s, managing symptoms, and how RYTARY might be able to help.

Dr. Taneja did her General Neurology residency at UT Southwestern. She is fellowship-trained in Movement Disorders and Parkinson’s Disease from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, with a special focus on Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) programming. Her clinical research interests include cognitive decline in patients with Parkinson’s Disease and DBS as effective management for some movement disorders.

Dr. Taneja has delivered presentations at national and international conferences for which she has received awards and travel grant. Dr. Taneja is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals with movement disorders and believes in building a long term relationship of caring and trust.
