About the Event
After eight years inspiring school-aged children through fitness, dance, and yoga, Marina shifted her focus in 2021 to adult wellness. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to support a range of people as she focuses on balance, mobility, stability, and strength, blending elements of Yoga and Pilates.
*Marina is certified through the South Paws Boxing Club, designed by physical therapist, Dr. Mike Braitsch.
