Join Tammy every Monday at 9:30 a.m. CST for exercise in-person at South Garland Baptist Church!
Tammy will lead you through adaptive exercises for you and your family and friends. Modifications like weights and bands are used, but alternatives are suggested. Vocal work is accompanied by instruments to assist with voice and pitch. (In-person class) South Garland Baptist Church
