About the Event
Erika is an Occupational Therapist who has been leading the Plano class for over a decade. She brings strength building exercises while incorporating skills to help maintain ADL’s (Active Daily Living Skills).
*Erika is certified through the South Paws Boxing Club, designed by physical therapist, Dr. Mike Braitsch.
